What now?

in english class, it was wonderful, because we were talking about beauty and the beast, and other folk tales (which totally relates to my topic, fairy tales) and it was so cool, because that is my favorite disney movie! and it was really cool, because my teacher was telling us about how so many books/ movies/ etc. are actually beauty and the beast based stories. For Example:

the sound of music, and um…yea, i don’t remember the other ones, but i still really thought that the whole thing was cool.

and then, i told my teacher about how robin mckinley-my favorite author, who wrote my favorite book (The Hero and the Crown) and how she wrote two books based on the beauty and the beast fairy tale. my teacher used to teach one of them in a fairy tale class based on b&tb, but didn’t even know that mckinley had written the second book. how funny is that?
